Memento Mori is about how we remember, and the process of letting go. I’m fascinated in the nature of memory and it’s ability to re-construct time and space. The relationship between the self and our memories is cyclical; the present moment at odds or at peace with the past, in a constant state of regeneration. Using movement to convey the changing dynamics of this complex relationship, this duet explores the beautiful duality of memory, and of love lost and remembered.
